Sooo i sourced some wood today.....it will not look exactly the same as the pic once its in the bowl

Picked up some kitty litter today to put in the substrate, will pick up some propagating sand tomorrow. On the look out for some suitable rocks now

Depends on the cat litter. Most would be terrible, but some is made from baked clay and isn't all that dissimilar to the aquasoils.

Not all....and it needs to be chemical free, which the one i picked up is. All natural

So picked up the propagating sand today...........will start messing with setup tomorrow.
 
I'm going to do a DIY canister type filter for it i think, so will start looking at how i'll go about making that

It has water in it lol. Not finished the planting yet, but getting there.
 
Not enough plants sitting spare...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Will scour all the tanks for bits and pieces shortly, i'm sure i can find more lol
