Problem With Tank

right i'm new to the aquarium world, i bought a elite 95 liter fish tank off the internet with filter and heater included. i cleaned the tank out then filled the tank up with tap water.

i then added Nutrafin Biological Supplement and Aqua Plus Conditioner which wass also included in the deal, waited a couple of days before adding the fish. added the fish slowly letting the water to get in the bag that the fish came in. 20 minutes later i let the fish in the tank, the fish being neon tetras, anyway cut to the chase they fish all died within four hours of adding them, apparently the filter that came with the tank got the fish trapped where the water was shooging back out and tossing them upside down. but im not sure whether the fish were too small or i need a new filter (elite jet flo 100 is the one i have now) any help would be appreciated thank you

Welcome to the forum Rodney. Please do not replace your fish yet. You have been the victim of someone more interested in selling fish than in getting things set up right. Please read through the fishless cycling article in the beginners resource center and come back with any questions you may have. My own guess is that the equipment you already have can be made into a very nice environment for fish once you understand how to do it.
