Powdered Gourami- Shy?

I thought I have a dwarf gourami as what my LFS told me,but it seems to be a powdered blue gourami which I search it on the net..Anyway,I have 2 of them but what concerns me is the other one is always hiding.. I never see him eating when I am feeding them.. Then, if ever he is out the other gouramis,[4 spots gourami] is chasing and nipping him even the other powdered blue gourami.. I am worried that I will lost him.. I lost one of my sucker mouth fish already,don't want any of my fish die.. What will I do to him???

I agree as I have had the same problem myself, and found a home for the "sad" one. When I watched very carefully for a period of time mine was being bullied.
