Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior)

I noticed today my male dwarf guarami is not as active, he is just resting on a leave, he isnt really surfacing for air and he isnt really eating that i have seen, his breathing is labored and rapid and he has developed a very visible lump on his left side below his gill. When swimming he is swerving as if not fully in control he seems as if he is struggling to swim. His colour has faded very slightly but his fins are still vibrant.

Volume and Frequency of water changes: I change 15% once a week

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: None, i just dechlorinate the new water i add to my tank

Tank inhabitants: i have 7 danios, 6 corys, 3 otos, one male dwarf guarami and one female dwarf guarami

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): 6 albino corys added 2 days ago

Exposure to chemicals: no

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as its hard to watch him, he seems to be suffering.

Mine had the same problem and then got dopsy a couple days later. It kinda sounds like guarami disease and there is really no cure to it. I had to kill my fish because it was starting to suffer.
