Looks like the first one might be some type of sword and the second one may be Ludwigia Peruensis or something similar. Hopefully someone a bit more knowledgeable will respond soon.

I would agree the first is a sword.  Rangeri possibly but either way a sword will need tropical conditions high light.  The second I think may be some kind of Rotala but I'm not sure.  If it is then same conditions.  You can always ad CO2 or Ferts as well.

Definetly sword for the first one... and it looks like Rotala might be it for the 2nd, but I'm not 100% after looking at different pics. Thanks guys!
 
I have pretty decent lighting (LED) which I can customize to add more power or some blue if needed... Think I can get away with no CO2 and just liquid ferts with these plants? If not, I'll look into getting myself a diy or low cost CO2 system maybe.
