I just went into my room and saw a yellow egg drop out from my platy. i wanted to know if my platy gonna have babies soon???

Platys give birth to live young and not eggs so probably not

I totally agree, platies are livebearers so no way could an egg pop out. However, you may have seen it aborting. This is usually due to not enough food variety or more commonly, not enough food. During pregnancy, platies eat up to y=their own body mass in food! So if you want platie fry, feed at least 2x a day. Good luck!
