Just came home and found eggs but saw them across the tank floor. It is my first time breeding bristlenose I only moved the male in yesterday. Should I do anything? There is two female and a male.

males don't kick out the eggs, on the contrary, they protect them religiously, the most probable thing is that the male chose a poor spot for the female to lay her eggs and so they were blown out by the current or by him fanning them, the reason you don't see the eggs being collected back into the cave is that the morphology of the male doesn't allow him to pick them up or scoop them back, or who knows, maybe they are wrigglers that got out of the cave, anyways, if this is his first time breeding then just give him more time since they can struggle to chose good spots on their caves when they are starting.
