Ok iv noticed maybe twice now my pleco grazing over my turtles shell . Problem ? The turtle itself Disney mind doesn’t even move in fact and it lasts maybe a few seconds before the pleco moves on is this just helping to keep the turtles shell from algae or something more sinister iv read stories of plecos destroying acrylic tanks by wearing down holes through constant abrasions, could a pleco actually destroy a turtles shell or am I just a mother on the play ground

i wouldn't worry unless you actually see any damage. Turtles are resilient and shed their scutes anyway, so just keep an eye open. What species do you keep?
It’s a razorback musk turtle, I’m conscious about its shell anyway as I’m not fully sure how they keep they shell hard , I know it’s a little to do with uva uvb n water minerals , but honestly worry about the turtle too much I thought it was skinny till I realised it was too fat to fit in the shell lol
