Please help...

I have about 80 angelfish fry in a parent raising tank. Parents are great with them but babies are getting to a point where they are nipping at mom and dad...mostly mom. I bought a 46 gallon to raise them to dime size and I set it up yesterday. I put in a couple of scoops of the old gravel in the parent tank and put in 3 tetras and 2 rasboras. I also used I dose of cycle. When can I move in the babies? Will they be okay with the neon tetras and rasboras? I am kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place. Please help!

You need to test the tank for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates before you can move any more fish in.
