Please Help Save My Frog

Hey guys,

My frog seems to have developed a fungus overnight? I have had this with a fish in the past and well, uhh he passed.
I was wondering if I can buy a little "hospital" tank and save him with whatever you guys can recommend?

I have recently added a small container of "freshwater salt" that had been recommended by my LFS. Did this cause it?

Any thoughts would be helpfull. Help save "TURBO"

i would take him out of the main tank, to make sure that he does not give it to his tankmates.
