Had them for a while and they’re nice, anybody know what they are?

no idea about the pic on the left but the plant on the right is Ambulia and it's looking a bit shabby.

If you don't fertilise the plants, then get some liquid plant fertiliser like Sera Florena and add that once a week.
 
First I want to say is a type of hygrophila, perhaps hygrophila augustifolia
 
I’ll add some liquids ferts, I have never used them before and haven’t had many issues until recently.
 
A decent liquid aquarium plant fertiliser will make a huge difference to plants. It takes a few doses but once the plants have repaired the damage, they tend to take off and grow really well.

A good way to monitor plant growth is to photograph the tank each week and compare pictures. :)
 
left pic I'd suggest Rotala Indica?
