Platys arguing?

Hi there,

I think I may have a bit of a problem with my female platys. I only set up my aquarium 2 months ago and everything was fine until Frankie got White Spot. I'm OK with the treatment and it all seems to be going OK but I've noticed that another female guppie is nipping at Frankies left side and Frankie is holding her side fin close to her body on that side.

I've read that platys can change sex and am wondering if my other fish is just trying to have his/her way with poor frankie?

Any ideas?

ok, first of all platies can't change sex. only swordtails can do that

and i'm not really sure what you're asking. if frankie (it's a female, right?) is sick then chances are other fish would be picking on it. can you isolate that platy until it gets better?

i second that, try to isolate frankie until he/she is better. i dont know y the lil guy is getting picked on but maybe sum away time will do them a lil good. gl with that i hopw it works out for ya.
