So I have been trying to figure out what in the world is wrong with my female platy and have had no luck

Tank size: 25 gallons
pH:
ammonia:
nitrite:                                <-- Not sure on those <--
nitrate:
kH:
gH:
tank temp: What it is supposed to be

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Sits under the rock and decor
No decoloration
Not coming up to eat
Volume and Frequency of water changes:
I only change about 1/4 of the tank every week so that I do not stress her and her betta friend out
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:
None

She is a female platy and her tank mate is a female betta. They do not bother one another and they are actually really nice to each other. I got her about a month ago and she was pregnant but never had any babies (YEs she did have the black spot and everything) and she sort of like had a miscarriage or something. Please help!

You need to get this data ASAP.  You need to know if the water is healthy or not.

for beta the temperature remendation I see is 75 to 86F. If you don't have a heater I would get one.  25watts would be sufficient for your tank.  Also get a temperature sticker and apply it to your aqurium.  The color of the sticker would change with the temperature of the tank giving you a good idea as to what the tank temperature is at a glance.

I don't believe that is enough water.  I would. do 30% once a week.  If you don't change enough water your nitrates will increase and your GH and KH could increase  to unhealthy levels.  Since you are in an emergency situation I would due 2 to 3 water changes a week just in case your water parameters are unsafe.  But that said your priority is to get out you test kit and test the water.
