I'm hoping to add my first plants to my 1-year-old 15gal tank. It's an Interpet 64L with built-in lighting (15W), and a natural rounded gravel substrate.
I have no idea if I can even grow plants! I'd like something simple, that doesn't need ferts at all, and won't die on me. I don't mind how it looks.
Thanks!

You may like to try the following plants: Java fern, java moss, anubias, melon sword, marimo moss ball, hygrophilia. I have had many tanks over the years with different light and nutrient requirements and I find those plants to be the easiest and most versatile to grow. They don't require ferts or CO2. There are many others but those were just off the top of my head.

Good luck
