main reason is pricing. im looking for wholesale prices not retail hehe. this way saves much more money =) . also lfs around my area (manly, nsw) dont have enough in stock(of plants i need anyways), n they sell at retail prices anyways.

oh i see...i usually go to auburn aquariums to get my plants....i get 3 bunches of any stem plants for 12 bucks....of course for plant prices vary from diff places but i found out that anubias and java fern range in prices from 12 dollars (same with the potted crypts and swords)....mosses are priced from 6 dollars and the more rare varieties such as tiger lotus etc has prices range from 20 dollars.....anywayz, i dnt usually buy over the net, but maybe some1 else can help you....hope all goes well.

Check out fleabay. Although they are a bit nmore expensive, they have a greater variety. I dont know any other online plant suppliers.

The only place i know which does mail order plants in Australia is Boronia Aquarium (http://www.boroniaaquarium.com.au/) but since they're located in Melbourne, i'm not sure whether or not they'd ship interstate.

yup, ebay is the best i have found. granted i havent really gone looking for a rad planted aquarium supplier.

ebay generally has greater range of plants to choose from. ive had no plants arrive dead. just express post and make sure they box them up well.
