Just done another reading on the tank that keeps bringing the Ammonia out at 0.25 and its doing my head in. But then i noticed i have a brown leaf on a plant so thats now been removed but my question is:-

Would a brown leaf produce Ammonia?

I believe decaying plants do produce Ammonia, but a few dying/dead leaves won't affect test results in a fully cycled tank. I'd imagine the amount of Ammonia they would produce would be unreadable because it's so low (by our hobbies kit's anyway).
