Planted tank light options?

Hi! I want to plant my 20g long with low-medium light plants. My tank is 30 inches long. Could an experienced planter please reccomend a light for me to get online, along with a recommended wattage? Is the correct type of light full spectrum LED? I have been out of the hobby for a while and forget.

I would love to be able to help, but I can't get my head around the modern lights, so I have gone with a naturally lit tank.

I use a fluvial plant LED 3.0 since I can program the light and light types. I have been extremely pleased. There are better options for sure but this was about 200 bucks so I couldn’t complain. This is my settings for a sunrise to sundown / moonlight vibe.
