Plant Question

This is Dwarf Hair Grass if I am correct.

Is there a way I could spread it around. Without having to buy more. Does is like grow off of itself?
Any Information about this plant would be of great help

Dwarf hair grass send runners (roots) off and then they will shoot up..
If you have only just planted it pull it up and split it into smaller clumps.
Ideally you need a rich substrate and high light
