Looks like good old twisted vallis.

thanks im not sure it is though. iv googled twisted val and also have straight val in my tank and this is a lot smaller and the leaves are a lot thinner. its about 4" tall at its tallest. its got new runners coming up already. il try and get a pic of it with the normal val for comparison.
