Is this a sign of parasites? If so, what should I do? Thanks!

Info: 1 remaining tetra in the 45 galoon has pink stringy poop. Ammonia and Nitrite are at 0 and nitrate is at 12.5 (the usual). Ph is 7.1. Temp is 78F.
 
No it isn't only red visable worms from the anus, could be the food that has sent the poo pink.
