This is our 200 litre community aquarium.

It is stocked with fish that all seem get along together so far. This list includes live bearers inc Guppies, Mollies and Swordtails, two small Bristlenose Pleco, some Columbian Tetras (some say they are fin nippers but we have not experienced this so far), Scissortails, Penguins, two Golden Loaches, although the larger one we may move soon.

The far left there are a lot of small rocks behind the large piece of upright slate, which fry tend to hide amongst. We take fry out quite often to put into our fry tank, we know there are at least two in there currently hiding away, clearly from two different births.

The set up contains no plastic ornaments, everything is real, beach sourced rocks from Wales, and one from a slate mine and with real plants, some doing better than others.

Filtration is by way of an external Oase pump/filter, recommended by our local fish store, and we feel it does a great job.

The set up is about 3 months old.

Gorgeous setup. That sailfin mollie in the foreground brings back memories, as a kid that was my first tropical fish.

nice tank!...you should enter it in the upcoming Tank of the Month Contest...
