I agree about the ribeye, though I'm more of a hashbrown guy than baked potatoes. Wouldn't complain about a beef brat, though!

Me too, but I also love hashbrowns with steak or pot roast. I make them from fresh, preferably homegrown potatoes, fry them crispy brown, and melt a little sharp cheddar on them. Goes down awfully smooth with a good steak, a green salad, and a tall, cool beverage!
