Pelco tank

Ok I have an empty 29 gallon and im cycling it and im wondering what kind of pelcos I can get for it im just planning this tank for pelcos nothing else.What kind do you think I can get when im done cycling ? Thanks in advance

I think you mean pleco and there are quite a few which can go in a 30 but most are L-numbers. The more common and cheaper ones I can think of off the top of my head are Bristlenose and Rubberlips.

I know it's a themed tank or which, but that's sounds like an extremely boreing tank. You relize you could pack it to the max with plecos and with only slightly upgraded filtration add plenty of topdwelling fish?

Yeah, they are fine in a 30g. They could go in a 20g if you were experienced with keeping them and had excellent filtration.

nope - way too big

Have a look through www.planetcatfish.com - they give the size for most plecs - you should not be looking at anything bigger then 6" for a happy plec
