Does this look normal because the fish has been acting different

I had this pearlscale fish for about 2-3 month and everything was fine, today it wasn’t really swimming and just lay on the bottom and where the water goes through to the filtration, I was wondering why it had died because the water parameters are fine and in about an hour it’s condition deteriorated until it died, I’ll put some images and can anyone help as to why it may have died

Looks like it could be dropsy. What are your water parameters and conditions? What is your maintenance schedule?
Nitrate, nitrite and ammonia are about 0 and I do 30% water change every 3-4 days

sounds like your tank may not be cycled? If you're unsure check out the info on cycling in the beginners section. If you have other fish continue with regular water changes but up the volume to 75%.

Mmm. then the test results are unusual. How recent are they?

what size tank was the fish kept in? What temperature? How often water changes and what amount of water during water change? Any other fish in same tank if so what?
What were you feeding fish, how often? Also what was water GH?

Sorry for your loss.
Dropsy usually means massive internal organ failure. This does not neccessarily mean there is a problem in the water now. The problem could have happened earlier in his life, for example by going through fish in cycle which weakened him and damaged his organs. Don't beat yourself up because by the time it shows as in your picture it is pretty much untreatable.
