Peacocks

Hi brought two new peacocks this afternoon and when I got home I noticed one had lost a few scales in the bag in transport has any one else had this issue will they self heel ? Regards

If the tank is clean the scales should grow back without any problems.

If the area goes red and looks inflamed, or develops fluffy white fungus, then add some salt.

Use 1-2 heaped tablespoons of rock salt for every 20 litres (5 gallons) of tank water. Keep the salt in the tank for 2 weeks.
