Peacock Mantis Finally In!

I just got my 4 inch peacock mantis shrimp in. It has to be the most facinating invert out there. Not only do i watch his everymove, but he sits there watching me. He absolutly loves crawfish. I'll get some pics up soon. They are awsome and i reccomend them to anyone who has a spare tank laying around. They are so easy to care for and make such interesting pets. They are not as bad as everyone says.

Same here. Funnily enough I was only looking at videos of them last night and was considering a species tank for one. How much was it?

The sad thing about the videos is some people like feeding them live fish and inverts, purely to watch them beat the creature to death, like its some kind of bloodsport.
