Can anyone help

I have x2 Pink Parrot Fish

One is noticeable not right with a huge black area, I thought possible water levels incorrect ammonia etc but the tank is fine , The other fish is much larger and perfect in look but is very aggressive towards this one and other fish

Any ideas?

Hi and welcome to the forum :)
The fish in the picture has its ovipositor sticking out. This is the egg laying tube that cichlids produce when breeding.

The black patching on the belly looks like chemical burns. It usually happens after medication or water changes.
How long has the tank been set up for?
How long have you had the fish for?
How often do you do water changes and how much do you normally change?
Do you gravel clean the substrate when you do a water change?
Did you do a water change before this started?
Do you dechlorinate the new water before adding it to the aquarium?
Have you added anything to the tank in the 2 weeks before this occurred?
How often do you clean the filter and how do you clean it?
