Overnight Trip

Hi!

I just finished cycling my 10G aquarium and was planning on stocking it today. However, some distant relative of mine has died and now we have to go out of town to the funeral! We are leaving Sunday and coming back Monday. If I stock the tank today and keep a close eye on the fish today and tomorrow, will they be okay while I am gone? Or should I just wait until I come back on Monday?

If I should wait until I return, how do I keep the bacteria in my tank fed so I do not have to re-cycle the tank?

leave the fish until you get back. Add some more ammonia to the tank now and just before you go. It will keep the filters happy while you are gone.
