I have a 33 US Gallon tank. In it I have two large fancies (approx 4"), one baby pearlscale (1"), one yellow goldfish (2"), and two weatherloaches (6"). Do you think I have overcrowded it? Starting to regret getting the yellow goldfish now, was a bit of an impulse buy. I don't mind getting a bigger tank in a few years for them if need be. Do you think I should take the goldfish back?

the two large fancies would hve been fine on their own the rest is overcrowding though you could get away with the weatherloaches

I agree with the above reply.

They don't look too over crowded at all, but I suppose once they've all grown a few inches they will. Surley they are ok until that time, in which I could get a bigger tank or give one away?

That should be fine then keep an eye on water quality that will tell you.

I have a filter suitable for a 48" tank... so should be okay... test water regularly anyway
