Orange Venezuelan Corys

[Salam]

Found them at my LFS yesterday and couldn't resist them. I wanted another cory species anyway, so when I saw them I had to get them. There were only four left though, I got them all. I have never seen them before, are they very rare? Is four enough or should I try and get some more? They seem to be happy and they are shoaling nicely.

Thanks. I was even lucky that I got more now. Spoke to the fish dealer and he got me another six yesterday so I now have ten of those beautiful cories. He said they will turn nicely orange once they get older, they are still babies

These are very similar in appearance to the bronze aeneus, and they are sometimes mis-sold has these,nice looking fish once their orange patch near the nape of their neck colours up

Just seen these in MA in Bristol , £8 or 3 for £22 very tempted,but they were just weeny babies...

I paid only £3 each Why are they so expensive in your shop?

also saw these in my lfs yesterday... well i didnt because they were sold out so i just saw a label they were £4 each iirc. obviously i have no idea what size they were.

Mine were also originally £4, but because I get all my fish from this guy he always gives me a good price. They seem to be flying off the shelves once they are there.

Maidenhead aquatics are always expensive.....
