Orange Severum Cichlid - Lump On Face

Hi,

My name is Jaffa and i am an Orange Severum Cichlid.

I have a lump on my face, near my mouth.

Its slowly getting bigger..

Does anyone know what it is, how it happened, and what i can do to restore my good looks!?

I will try to post a photo, but its not easy with fins.

Hi Jaffa. I just want to say you're a pretty amazing fish for getting off your fins and posting here : ) Never mind that there are three threads - it's awesome you are doing something to help your fishy-self. I'm sorry I can't help. Others who can will probably ask you how big your tank is, who you live with, what your water stats are, what's new in your tank, what chemicals are used and maybe even how old you are! If you post this information ASAP, it will hopefully help get you back to your usual, handsome self faster : )
