I am wanting to glue two ornaments together, and from what I've heard, 100% silicone should work.
I have a tube of DAP window door & siding silicone leftover from another project that says it's 100%, but on the back it warns that it "contains petroleum distillates"
This does not sound optimal...

Try to use a silicon that states aquarium safe on the packaging. Some silicons have mould inhibitors and other things in them that can leach into water and kill fish.

If the ornaments are plastic or ceramic you can use super glue. Glue and let them dry for a few hours and it's good to go.

One of them is glass. As far as I know cyanoacrylate superglue bonds very poorly to glass .

Found the sds:

Not sure what the the chemicals listed are, I will look them up and see if any are mold inhibitors.

OK, according to the European chemicals agency, the hydrolyzed middle distillates additive is toxic to Aquatic life, with long lasting effects, think I will spring the extra 5 bucks for aquarium safe silicone, this other stuff is not looking good at all.
