ok im not good with any of the salt water things and i wanted to know if i can make a 10 gal salt water tank.... what supplies will i need to do.. i have the tank and hood already....... is it hard... .and what will i be facing.

Is money an issue. Not so relevant for a 10gal tank but it will grow on you.

I wouldn't start with a 10gallon at all. Far too small and much more difficult.
Go for a tank as large as you can get. If money is a real issue, then perhaps marine isn't a good choice for you, because tbh, it is expensive. Buy cheap, pay twice. Get the good quality equipment, after all, it would be supporting £100s of stock.

If a 10 gal is the maximum sized tank you can have....go for it! Dont go ANY lower though, as it will then get pretty unstable as people have said.
Tbh it isnt that hard at all! Im 16 years old, i managed fine with my 12 UK gal tank and now i have a 20 gal seahorse tank. It really isnt difficult...1 kg of LR per kilo as that'll be your main filtration system, live sand, powerheads, decent lighting (power compacts are pretty good, dont take up too much space and they give off decent light)...leave it for a few weeks until your levels have evened off, then add some snails and hermit crabs to get rid of diatoms etc, then later add fish and shrimp :)
