Not Sure If Its Whitespot

My red tailed shark looks like whitespot(grains of sallt like spots) but noone else has it . I watch the tank carefully every day and noone is flicking or showing signs. Should i treat him or not?

yes you sould treat the whole tank.
if one fish has ich then all will have it, even if you can't see the spots.

however if you are not sure it is ich then further research is needed.
Velvet disease is often confused with ich.
