Non Co2 Low Tech 10 Gal Carpet Plant Ideas Shrimp Safe?

I use led lights and would love a carpet like plant in there with no co2 injection, possibly small liquid dosage but don't want to harm the shrimp. Please help, thanks.

I can't remember who said it, but another member mentioned they use cut up marimo moss balls to form a carpet, and then you could also use java moss in between some sort of mess or plastic canvas. I don't know how well either of them work, I will be trying the java moss carpet in my 5 gallon tank in the next few weeks. Hope this helps
