Nitrite Emergency?

Nitrite is always at zero untill today. Fish are still very active and dont appear to be stressed in any way. Color doesnt match at all. im using api master freshwater test kit. tested it 3 times just to make sure. pics below r tests . other readings are as follows
Ammonia .25
Ph High 8
Nitrites ???
Nitrates 10ppm

Try adding some more of the cycle and if that doesnt work it might be a fault with the test (But unlikly)

iv been adding double dose of cycle bacteria sinse i noticed it and also aqua plus to protect fish alittle more also took out carbon bags in fluval c3 and swapped for the fluval clearmax bags which is supposed to trap phosphate, nitrite and nitrates also on top of that added pack of nitra zorb which also is supposed to eliminate nitrites nitrates and ammonia.

I'm pretty sure that the bottled bacteria has traces of Nitrites in it too feed the bacteria when they enter your tank. Double dosing it could potentially mean you are adding it.
