Nitrate Test Kit

I just bought the Nutrafin Nitrate test kit and was wondering if I'm reading the results properly. The range is 0.0 - 110.0 mg/l. This might be a silly question, but does this mean PPM of nitrate? I used to use an AP test kit which was in PPM. I just want to make sure I'm reading it right.
