Actually, it's a rainford's goby (or court jester goby), and ya, he's a nice little fish.

what are the specs?

It's an Oceanic 33g cube, a Tunze Reefpack 200 (filter and skimmer), an Eheim Aquaball powerhead, a Jager heater (150w? 200w? not sure).

It's got about 30lbs of live rock, 20lbs of sand (btw, if you put the rocks down before the sand, your sand goes a lot further than if you put it first).

The tank looks really good so far, the only thing that I suggest you add is a background

Well, it's clean because it is a fairly new tank, and yes, I do use filter floss in the filter.
