Tank size: 20 gallon
pH: unknown
ammonia: unknown
nitrite: unknown
nitrate: unknown
kH: unknown
gH: unknown
tank temp: 78

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Three new Neon Tetras died, Three Mollies in tank, two of the three mollies seem to rest at the bottom without moving them swin some and come up to top of tank? (breathing problems?)

Volume and Frequency of water changes:
New established tank. Had an old 10 gallon previous. Same water used and same temp.

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:
Added the Tetra AquaSafe plus

Tank inhabitants:
1 crayfish (old inhabitant from 10 gallon), 3 Mollies (old inhabitants from 10 gallon), I golden mystery snail (old inhabitant also), 3 new Neon Tetras…added today.

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):
1 added decoration…fake coral reef thing and 1 bunch of Anacaris plant

Exposure to chemicals:

Digital photo (include if possible):


I don't have a lot of information yet. I am bringing my water sample in tomorrow to be tested.
 
Two of the three Mollies are dead now too. I think the snail is dead also.
 
Did you cycle your tank beforehand?

Knowing the ammonia and nitrite readings would be a big help. If you have no means to test this it likely means you've not cycled properly and that will be why your fish are dying.
 
My guess is ammonia/nitrite poisoning...did you move your old filer or media from the old tank into the new tank?
