New Salt Water

k, so what do i need? help me make a list plz.
i think im going to shoot for a 20 gallon long. so i'll need salt, i read 1 pound per gallon of live rock (agree/disagree?). I probably won't be getting coral straight away. so from what i understand i'll need to set up another tank underneath for filtration (explain please) need a protein skimmer, chiller, chemicals. what kind of fish can i have in a 20 gal? any info is much appreciated.

you need:
ro water
salt
live rock
sand
powerheads
refractometer
aquarium thermometer
heater
T5 lights if you want harder corals.

i think your wrong with salt, usually it depends on the volume of water, not how much live rock.
live rock goes in after you have mixed the salt in the water.

you can keep gobys, might even be able to fit a pair of clowns
