New Plants! Need An Id Too.

Spent �20 on plants from the internet

I had an extra plant in there too (waheyyy)

I use some fertiliser, and a small DIY c02 system. (im good with all this plant stuff )

I have REALLY low light, like 1.2 WPG. Any suggestions on what lights i should get? I have a Juwel 115l. I don't see how to connect more lights, or am I just being moronic?

I like typing in REALLY small paragraphs, haha.

The ID plant could be a crypt of some sort but its hard to tell, it could also be non-aquatic. Time will tell I guess

Re the lights, adding more light to juwel tanks is probably one of the easiest things to due. Just get a new ballast and bulbs and find some way fo fixing it under the hood. Some people even just rest the tube on the central glass brace!

I wouldn't just rest the tubes on the central brace. There is the possibility of the light going into the water.

I assume you are using T8’s. In this case see if you can get a few arcadia light clips (the ones that come with the ballasts or reflectors) You can use the nylon nut and bolt to connect to clips to gather 0><0. You will need 4 clips for each addition light. They are about a pound for 2 and you don’t run the risk of the lights falling in the water.
