New Lamps

Hi,
I read somewhere that there are new marine lamps, LED's I think, they're supposed to give you the glimmer look like MH's do.
Does anyone know the make of these so as I can Google them. Rather than me forging through mags/internet etc, can any of your good selves put me on the right track.

PS. More to the point has anyone been using such lamps and if so what are your findings.

aye ive got 2 in my tank, they r called aquabeam 500's, cost £99 each but ive found they r worth it, give the water a great glimmer effect

Nice Musho but a bit out of my price range at present. I like the reduction in heat emmission and radiation aspect. This seems to be the way aquarium lighting is going and I expect as with all new technology will become cheaper as time passes

Are these light capable of supporting SPS and LPS growth?

well LPS are low light things anyway, and these LED fixtures are meant to be around a 400 watt metal halide in terms of light output, so im sure they can (plus everyone that i know that has one has an SPS tank)
