new cory

I got a new cory today, as seen here can anyone tell me what kind he is, how big he gets and how to tell males from females?

Leopard or spotted corydora. Probably the latter. Don't know the scientific name, though. (julii for leopard).

Looks like leucomelas to me...

...actually, with just the little bit of black on the fin, I'm not so sure. Maybe delphax?
