Neon Tetra Help

Hi I woke up this morning and looked at one of my neon tetra and one of the gills is relay red like its been fighting i been keepin my eye on it an i fount out its a neon tetra that is doin it with all the neon tetra'z its just the one i think its pregnant as its got a big belly and relay aggressive to just the neon tetra'z. What Can I do To stop it hope some1 can help.

What are your water parameters? Is your filter cycled? How many neons do you have?

Yeah, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and frequency and amount of water changes.

Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Ph etc

Because red gills is a sign of ammonia poisoning

i did a 25% water change to day the reading are ammonia 0, nitrite (no2 0),nitrite (no3 100), gh 500 sometimes its 250,ph 7.2, i'm using test strips to do test but going get the proper kit this week.

Since you saw bullying, you only have 5 Neons and Neons are a schooling species, if you have room in your tank add 3 more Neons to even out the aggression.
