not really succeeding with rotala rotundifolia, i keep waking up and its all floating at the top of my tank as the roots are rotting :(
i need something to go in its place i already have a lot of vallis and a bit of hygrophillia, what else could i use? any reccomendations

i was trying to keep the plants around a south east asian theme but i cant seem to find a lot i would like to use, so any ideas are welcome :)

Water sprite, Ceratopteris thalictroides, grows pretty fast and covers very well.

If you want a bit of red, I found that Alternantherea reineckii 'Pink' worked really well in my new low tech tank! Also Hygrophila corymbosa or polysperma work well as a hardy and fast growing background plant. Things like Limnophila sessiliflora are also very good for padding out the back!

Cabomba? Grows very VERY fast and is very hardy IMO :good:
