Need Help!

I have 3 assorted cichlids and are are swimming after or trying to harm a new fish that I just put in my tank (Bumblebee African Cichlid). We don't have a quarantine tank, and we don't have the money to get one. What should we do?

take the three original habitants out and put em in a bag. rearrange the tank, put the new fish by himself for acouple hrs, then reintroduce the other three after a couple hrs. it should confuse them and create less aggression. a trick i learnt cant garentee it works all the time
