Need help with sexing this balloon ram

I have adopted this ram from a friend. Anyone can tell me what its gender?

male? it is sharp and i dont have chiclids but i read that chiclids that

have sharp fins are male
yours seems to have almost all of these except for the bump maybe hes still small

Its a balloon ram over bred to look balloon like... somethings could look a little different

You may never know - rams know but we don't always share that ability to tell.

You probabkly shouldn't breed it anyway - the balloon mutation is an intentionally cultivated spinal disease.

the mutation also shortens lifespan because the internal organs grow big while the body is still small
