Need help with aquascape and stocking

Hey guys, this is my new project that I am still working on

Any advices on what else to add or remove?
Or should I add a background etc and im not sure if plants would go well with this
What would you guys stock this tank with ? It's a 29gallon

What are dimensions of the tank, and the pH and hardness of your water?

I love the hardscape you've done. I'd be tempted to attach some moss and small leaved anubias to the wood and then pick one species of plant to put in the substrate; maybe something low growing, like pygmy chain sword?

It's 2 by 1.5 by 1.5 ft.
I can't test the parameters now, there's no water in it

You can test the pH of your tap water, both freshly run and some that has been allowed to stand overnight - they'll probably be different.

And you can either test your tap water for GH if you have a tester or see if your water company's website has it.
