Need extended Care for betta

I plan on studying abroad in Australia starting February and ending in June. I have no one to care for him that's actually going to feed him and clean his tank and genuinely make sure everything is okay. I am willing to maybe pay someone to care for him, I just don't know where to find anyone. I go to school in Pennsylvania but I live in New York. I really do love my fish and I don't want to give him up. What can I do?
