My Tiger Barbs

Does anyone know why I found my Tiger Barbs usually-black stripes a very pale iridescent green? I've seen varrying shades of darkness before, and some slight green-ness to the stripes in the past, but never this pale and never on both at the same time. Any ideas?

Mine do the same. Seems from day to day they are varying shades of black. Mine seem healthy, have a great appitite and are very active, so I wouldn't worry.

Most male fish get darker/brighter when they are in the mood for some loving......

Agree with above, my Tigers also go through periods of high/low colour. They seem very healthy, eat lots and are always active.
